  Only going on the Galashiels store for this review, manager (Canadian I think) was extremely unhelpful on a return faulty purchase, I contacted LG to return a soundbar after 2 weeks, (faults happen occasionally) only to be told my the store manager that I had not followed procedure, luckily I had the LG customer service phone number and a service number for return on my product, she still wasn't happy with this, she called LG, and spoke with the rep I had spoke with and in the morning end (25 mins later)decided to issue a refund or an exchange, all in I'll never shop or would recommend shopping in the Galashiels branch of Argos, shame really as I have never had a problem in any of the Edinburgh branches.

  They are rapists. They sell stuff. Don't give receipts. The fat cow behind the counter is hopeless , her hair look like a mop. Greasy and stuck to her head. Hilarity really. Do not buy computers or laptops as they are old and faulty. I currently have just had to put in a consumer complaint as they never sent me a receipt which meant I went over the 30 days refund policy and they fobbed me off in store. Watch your children in here she is a bit if an ogler.
